Welcoming guests: You greet guests around the hotel and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Guest relations: You answer guest questions, provide information about the hotel and local area, and ensure guests feel comfortable during their stay.
Guest experience: You help ensure guests are enjoying their holiday by checking in with them and assisting with any requests or feedback.
Activity promotion: You inform guests about hotel activities, events, and services available during their stay.
Teamwork: You work closely with different hotel departments to ensure guests receive excellent service throughout their stay.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for social butterflies who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Education: You are currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, or a related field.
Language: You speak English (good level required; additional languages are a strong plus).
Personality: You are outgoing, communicative, and service-oriented.
Citizenship: You hold EU citizenship (required for this position).
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, or customer service is a plus, but motivation and a positive attitude are most important.
