Assistant Manager (Mojácar)

This internship offers the opportunity to join the management team of a 4-star hotel in Mojácar, one of Spain’s popular coastal destinations. Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting daily hotel operations across Front Office, Food & Beverage, Room Division, and Quality, while developing their leadership, customer service, organisational, and problem-solving skills. All of this takes place in the relaxed atmosphere and beautiful surroundings of a seaside holiday destination.

Customer Service: Support the Front Office department, particularly with regard to guest services.
Food & Beverage: Monitor the opening of food service operations and ensure compliance with the menu rotation.
Room Division: Inspect hotel rooms daily using the relevant checklist.
Quality: Review records and procedures within the hotel’s ISO quality management system.
Guest Relations: You work closely to optimize the guest stay
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for social butterflies who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Education: You are currently studying hotelmanagement or similar relevant studies
Language: You speak English & Spanish
Personality: You are friendly, open-minded, and service-oriented.
Citizenship: You hold an EU Citizenship (Required for this position).
Experience: Previous experience in service is a plus, but your attitude is most important!
