At this family-owned restaurant and bar, you’ll gain hands-on experience through a kitchen internship, learning the ins and outs of Spanish cuisine and culinary operations. They offer accommodation, meals, and a monthly compensation of €300, all while you work daily with stunning sea views and learn from experienced chefs.
Previous kitchen experience is required.
Availability is limited to April & May or September & October.
Food preparation: You assist the kitchen team with preparing ingredients and basic dishes following the chef’s instructions.
Kitchen support: You help with daily kitchen operations such as organizing ingredients, preparing stations, and supporting service during busy periods.
Food quality: You ensure that dishes are prepared according to the hotel’s quality and presentation standards.
Hygiene & safety: You follow kitchen hygiene procedures and help keep the kitchen clean and organized.
Teamwork: You work closely with the kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service
We are looking for social butterflies who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Education: You are currently studying Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, Hospitality, or a related field.
Languages: You speak English and Spanish (basic level required; additional languages are a plus).
Personality: You are motivated, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
Citizenship: You hold EU citizenship (required for this position).
Experience: Previous kitchen experience is required.
