Front Office (Lloret/St Susanna)

We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly interns to join the Front Office team of hotels in Lloret de Mar or Santa Susanna, Spain’s popular coastal destinations. This is your chance to work where others go on vacation while gaining hands-on experience in guest relations and hotel operations.
English is required, Spanish at a B1/B2 level is needed, and French is considered an advantage.
What will you be doing?
Welcoming guests: You greet guests at the reception and create a friendly first impression of the hotel.
Check-in & check-out: You assist with the check-in and check-out process and help guests with any questions about their stay.
Guest assistance: You provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Reservations & administration: You support the front office team with reservations, emails, and basic administrative tasks.
Teamwork: You work closely with different hotel departments to ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for social butterflies who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Education: You are currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Languages: You speak English fluently & Spanish B1/B2 (additional languages are a plus).
Personality: You are professional, communicative, and service-oriented.
Citizenship: You hold EU citizenship (required for this position).
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service is a plus, but motivation and a positive attitude are most important.
