Guest Relations (Barcelona)
Combine valuable work experience with an unforgettable international experience in Barcelona! We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and proactive interns to join our Guest Experience team in a vibrant international hostel. This is your chance to help create memorable stays for travelers from around the world while gaining hands-on experience in hospitality, guest relations, and community building.
English is required, Spanish is an advantage, and any additional languages are highly valued. The internship includes free accommodation and a monthly grant of €300.
What will you be doing?
Welcoming guests: You greet guests at the reception and create a friendly first impression of the hostel.
Check-in & check-out: You assist with the check-in and check-out process and help guests with any questions about their stay.
Organizing and leading social activities for guests.: You organize activities and plans to include everyone!
Culture & Activities: Assisting guests in planning their daily activities and exploring Barcelona.
Teamwork: Supporting other tasks related to the overall guest experience.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for social butterflies who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Education: You are currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Languages: You speak English fluently & Spanish A2/B1 (additional languages are a plus).
Personality: You are professional, communicative, and service-oriented.
Citizenship: You hold EU citizenship/status (required for this position).
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service is a plus, but motivation and a positive attitude are most important.
